Our Process for Team Establishment

We have conducted a comprehensive recruitment process, during which our dedicated team actively sourced and evaluated your allocated team members. This process included preliminary interviews, assessments, and essential background checks, such as police clearances. Once your team is selected, we initiate our internal onboarding procedure, which involves an intensive period of systems setup, training in internal policies and best practices, and thorough testing. If we determine that an individual may not be suitable for the role, we will make a replacement before they begin client-side training. This approach allows us to identify specific issues, such as attendance problems, during the pre-client phase.
