Our Process for Team Establishment

We have conducted a thorough recruitment process, where our dedicated team actively sought and evaluated your allocated team, completing preliminary interviews, assessments, and essential background examinations including police checks. Upon selection of your team, we transition into our internal onboarding procedure and start an intensive period of systems set-up, training in internal policies and best practices and testing. If at any point we feel an individual may not be suitable for the role, we will make a replacement before they commence training on the client side. We can only pinpoint specific issues, such as attendance problems, during the pre-client phase.
