We keep pricing simple. We charge a monthly subscription based on your remote teams rostered hours per calendar month (invoiced monthly in advance).

Our fee includes;

Standard Level Rate

$12.50 per hour

For roles that require a professional at a standard level, our monthly fee is based on a flat rate of $12.50 AUD (+ GST) per hour.

Advanced Level Rate

$15.50 per hour

For roles that require a high-end healthcare professional at an advanced level, our monthly fee is based on a flat rate of $15.50 AUD (+ GST) per hour.

  • Higher level qualifications

Our transcription rates can vary based on a number of factors such as turnaround time requirements, volume, software integration needs etc.  Pricing includes;

Live Chat Solutions

We offer flexible pricing options to cater to your clinic’s chat volume needs and requirements. One-off Establishment Fee

This one-off fee ranges from $1,950 to $3,950 (+GST) per worker. This covers the cost for recruitment screening and due diligence, workstation set-up, security, software and pre-boarding requirements. This fee delivers a large cost savings on typical recruitment charges which range between 15-25% of the new recruit’s salary in Australia and New Zealand.

There is no establishment fee for our live chat or medical transcription services.
